Thigh Burner Thursday is a an additional in-person class we offer, to help women riders in need of help to enhance their endurance and strength on the bike. Our fitness training class is on and off the bike. We focus on zone training, riding in your optimal cadence, and building individual or group workout plans, specific to your needs on the bike.The goal is to help build your fitness so that you can incorporate it into your daily life.
Coaches for TBT:
Cindy Erickson is a certified trainer in strength and conditioning. She is also very knowledgable in nutrition for athletes. She has trained many athletes in her career. She is also one of our skills coaches. She likes to focus on mobility and weight training.
Kelsey Lobato is our other amazing fitness coach. She is also our fearless leader. She has spent time as a junior Olympic soccer player, professional snowboarder and now focuses on mountain biking. She has trained and raced in Enduro races. Her main focus is weight lifting for strength and injury prevention.
In addition, this class is unique in that, if you sign up for the 6-week series, you get the 6-weeks of fitness for just the additional $150.00 dollars-steps are in registration process for the 6-week bike series.
If you are only interested in the fitness class it is $75.00 per week as many times as you want or sign up for the full 6-week fitness plan for 450.00.
